Requisitos técnicos
Excellent process knowledge in the areas of Logistics Execution incl. Shipment (LE-SHP), Freight & Transport Management (LE-TRA) & Warehouse Management (WMS); Excellent project management & leadership skills (minimum certification or experience as project manager); Cross-functional knowledge related to SAP Sales & Distribution and Material Management; Functional consulting experience in application implementation for a log time in SAP ECC / business suite; Ability to collaborate actively and communicate with stakeholders at management level; Basic knowledge of ABAP/4 and experiences in development would be good; Good support and teamwork skills with the ability to deliver high quality results under time pressure; Fluent English written and spoken communication skills; Good interpersonal & intercultural skills. Additional Qualifications: Flexible, high level of self-motivation & curiosity; Excellent analytical skills & structured working method; Interest to drive digital transformation & strategic thinking; Project Management
Certification in project management desirable (e.g. SCRUM, PPM).

The Consultant is an expert with accountability for SAP business applications (BA) in Logistics in the area shipping & related solutions as well as defining, delivering, reviewing and approving changes or improvements on these applications. In this role the person takes leadership in the coordination of new requirements and existing solutions along an overall architecture and aligned roadmaps, resulting in an executable and profound project portfolio. This requires close coordination and good communication with multiple stakeholder such as key business contacts and internal/external service providers. The ownership entails a detailed understanding of application functionality and process, in order to support and maximize on how stakeholders use, manage and retrieve information from the application and business process monitoring. The job holder has broad expertise in his/her application area. He/she oversees and evaluates new solutions, recommends implementation of required changes and drives for continuous improvements.
